The signals, conviction scores, agent analyses, market commentary, backtesting results, and all other content provided by WealthyBot are for informational and educational purposes only. None of this information constitutes a personal recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any financial instrument. 2. Your Funds, Your Responsibility

WealthyBot is a technology tool — not a fund manager or custodian. Your cryptocurrency and funds are held entirely within your own exchange account(s). WealthyBot never holds, stores, manages, or has access to withdraw your funds. You are solely and entirely responsible for:

  • All trading decisions, whether manual or automated through the Platform
  • Monitoring your positions, balances, and open orders

  • The security of your exchange accounts and API keys
  • Understanding the tax implications of your trading activity
  • Ensuring your trading activity complies with all applicable laws and regulations

3. No Guaranteed Returns

WealthyBot makes no representations or warranties that the use of the Platform will result in profits. Trading cryptocurrency is speculative and involves a high degree of risk. You should be prepared to lose all of the funds you allocate to trading. Key facts you must understand:

  • Past performance is not indicative of future results — ever
  • Backtesting results are hypothetical and subject to survivorship bias, look-ahead bias, and other limitations
  • A high conviction score does not mean a trade will be profitable
  • Win rates shown are historical and will vary in real-time trading
  • Market conditions change; strategies that worked before may fail

4. Automated Trading Risks

By enabling automated or semi-automated trading features, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Automated systems execute trades without manual confirmation in fully autonomous mode
  • Software bugs, API failures, network issues, or exchange outages may cause unintended trades or missed executions
  • Market orders may experience significant slippage during volatile conditions
  • Stop-loss orders may not execute at the intended price during gaps or flash crashes
  • The system may open or close positions at unfavorable prices
  • Technical failures may prevent the system from closing positions to limit losses

AUTOMATED TRADING DOES NOT ELIMINATE RISK — IT MAY AMPLIFY IT. You must monitor your automated trading activity at all times.

5. Paper Trading vs. Live Trading

Paper trading (simulated trading) results do not reflect actual market execution and should not be relied upon as an indicator of live trading performance. Paper trades are not subject to slippage, liquidity constraints, exchange fees, or real market impact. Live trading results will differ — often significantly — from paper trading results.

WealthyBot integrates with third-party cryptocurrency exchanges and data providers. We do not control, endorse, or assume liability for these third-party services. You are solely responsible for your relationship with your chosen exchange(s) and compliance with their terms of service.

7. Release of Claims

BY USING WEALTHYBOT, YOU VOLUNTARILY AND IRREVOCABLY RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS WEALTHYBOT, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, CAUSES OF ACTION, DAMAGES, LOSSES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO:

  • Any trading losses incurred through use of the Platform
  • Any losses resulting from software errors, bugs, or system failures
  • Any losses resulting from third-party exchange failures or API changes
  • Any losses from unauthorized access to your exchange accounts
  • Any inaccuracy in signals, scores, analyses, or other Platform content
  • Any losses from market conditions, volatility, or liquidity events

8. Suitability

It is your sole responsibility to evaluate whether the Platform is suitable for your financial situation, risk tolerance, and investment objectives. WealthyBot does not assess your personal financial circumstances. By using the Platform, you confirm that you have independently determined that automated cryptocurrency trading is appropriate for you and that you can afford the complete loss of any funds allocated to trading.

9. Acknowledgment

By using WealthyBot, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Trading Disclaimer in its entirety. You acknowledge that cryptocurrency trading is risky, that automated systems can fail, that no returns are guaranteed, and that you accept full responsibility for all outcomes resulting from your use of the Platform.
