Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the WealthyBot platform and sets forth the rules of conduct that all users must follow. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP in its entirety. WealthyBot reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access for any violation of this policy, with or without notice.

2. Prohibited Activities

You agree that you will NOT use WealthyBot for any of the following purposes:

2.1 Illegal Activities

• Any activity that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Money laundering or the concealment of the origins, nature, or destination of illegally obtained funds
• Terrorist financing or the provision of financial support to any individual, group, or entity designated as a terrorist organization by any government or international body
• Sanctions evasion — circumventing economic or trade sanctions imposed by any government, including but not limited to those enforced by OFAC (U.S.), the EU, the UK, the UN, or any other competent authority
• Tax evasion or the deliberate misrepresentation of trading activity to evade tax obligations
• Engaging in, facilitating, or profiting from any criminal activity, including but not limited to fraud, embezzlement, bribery, extortion, or theft
• Processing proceeds from illegal activities including drug trafficking, human trafficking, arms dealing, or any other criminal enterprise

2.2 Market Manipulation

• Market manipulation of any kind, including wash trading, spoofing, layering, pump-and-dump schemes, or any form of artificial price manipulation
• Coordinated trading intended to deceive other market participants
• Using the Platform to execute trades based on material non-public information (insider trading)
• Creating false or misleading impressions of market activity

2.3 Platform Abuse

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to WealthyBot systems, other users' accounts, or third-party systems through the Platform
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code or underlying algorithms of the Platform
• Introducing viruses, malware, trojans, worms, or other malicious code
• Overloading, flooding, or otherwise interfering with Platform infrastructure or services
• Scraping, mining, or extracting data from the Platform without authorization
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, bans, or usage limits
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials to third parties
• Using the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform's functionality

2.4 Misrepresentation

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any time during your use of the Platform
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely representing your affiliation with any person or entity
• Misrepresenting your identity, location, or jurisdiction to circumvent geographic or regulatory restrictions

3. Restricted Jurisdictions

WealthyBot may not be available in all jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. WealthyBot reserves the right to restrict access from jurisdictions where the Service is prohibited, restricted, or requires licensing that has not been obtained.

4. User Cooperation with Investigations

You agree to cooperate with WealthyBot, law enforcement agencies, and regulatory authorities in any investigation of suspected illegal or unauthorized activity. WealthyBot reserves the right to:

• Investigate any suspected violations of this AUP
• Suspend or terminate accounts pending investigation
• Report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate law enforcement authorities
• Provide information to law enforcement when required by law or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to prevent harm
• Freeze or restrict account functionality during investigations

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP by any user, you should report it to WealthyBot immediately through our support channels. We take all reports seriously and will investigate in a timely manner.

6. Consequences of Violation

Violations of this AUP may result in one or more of the following actions, at WealthyBot's sole discretion:

• Formal warning
• Temporary suspension of Platform access
• Permanent termination of your account
• Forfeiture of any credits or balances associated with your account
• Reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities
• Legal action to recover damages or enforce compliance

7. Disclaimer of Liability for User Conduct

WealthyBot is a technology platform and does not monitor, control, or endorse individual trading activities conducted by users. WealthyBot assumes no responsibility or liability for any illegal, unauthorized, or prohibited activity conducted by users through the Platform. Each user is solely responsible for their own actions and compliance with all applicable laws. WealthyBot's provision of technology tools does not constitute participation in, endorsement of, or responsibility for any user's trading activity.

9. Changes to This Policy

WealthyBot reserves the right to modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
