WealthyBot provides AI-powered support chat with seamless escalation to human support when needed.

Support Widget

A floating support button is available on every page of the platform. Click it to open the support interface, which provides two channels:

AI Chat — an intelligent assistant that can answer questions about features, trading, and troubleshooting instantly
Support Tickets — for complex issues that need human review, with a full conversation thread

AI Chat

The AI support assistant is trained on the entire WealthyBot platform and can help with:

Explaining how features work (signals, trailing stops, Brain mode, etc.)
Troubleshooting exchange connection issues
Understanding your trade performance and analytics
Credit system questions and billing
Academy content and learning path guidance

Escalation to Human Support

If the AI can't resolve your issue, it will offer to create a support ticket. You can also create a ticket manually at any time from the support widget. When creating a ticket:

Describe the Issue

Provide a clear subject and detailed description of the problem.

Select Category

Choose from: General, Trading, Exchange, Credits, Technical, Account, or Other.

Set Priority

Select Low, Medium, High, or Urgent based on impact.

Submit

Your ticket is created and the support team is notified immediately.

How do trailing stops work?

Trailing stops automatically move upward as the price increases, locking in profits. They never move down. The trail distance is based on ATR volatility — typically 3-15% below the highest price reached.
